 Automatic line for manufacturing double and triple wave guard rails, in compliance with AASHTO and RAL Standards.
High-productivity line: 30 meters per minute.
The main feature of this line is the drilling operation after profiling. This allows to avoid two crossed oval holes, but all are in line. All the line, including stacking operation, is operating non stop, except for coil changing. The holes scraps are collected in a suitable container, and noise level is well below 75 dBA (as in all OMM systems).

 Production line for support columns.
Very high-productivity line: 18 meters per minute.
OMM is the only worldwide Supplier offering an innovative flexible system, capable of changing from "U" to "C" type columns in only two minutes. More specifically, the same production line can manufacture all types of columns, "U" type with 80, 100,120, 120 mm width, tapered and "C" type, with a maximum set-up time of 2 minutes. All pieces are stacked and packed inside each other (see picture), and ready for zinc coating.

OMM technology can start both from coils (profiling operation) or from sheets (stamping operation).



System for profiling and piercing the multiple plate in various sizes, obtained with die changing only. A particular system enables bending and piercing two plates at a time, up to a maximum width of 8 mm.
